At 03/11/2006, MVR Technology (M) Sdn Bhd had taken over Spectrum Security System and registered on the same day under 752080-U. On 01/09/2008, we have opened branch at Chai Leng Park, Perai.

MVR Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is leading digital IT product and security product Importer and Exporter, Manufacturer and Distributor in Malaysia. We are supplier and distributor for digital IT product and security product and any other related business and services. We also provide complete after sales service and also including installation services for customers (residence and commercial sector). Our mission is to continue to innovate and provide cost efficient product and services to our customer without compromising on quality and services.

The objects for which the company is established are:

i)Involve all kind of research and development of CCTV products, cameras, DVR program, alarm, door access system, mobile phone, laptop and any other related business and services, which may be usefully carried on in connection with such business, and to acquire and undertake the whole or any part of the business, property and liabilities of any person, firm or company carrying on business as such contractors or agents, or any other business which may be usefully carried on in connection therewith.

ii) To acquire and hold for investment, land houses, dwelling places, and buildings, of any kind and description, share stocks, debenture stock, bonds, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any company, private undertaking, syndicate or person constituted to be carrying on business on Malaysia or elsewhere, or any government, sovereign ruler, commissioners, public body or authority supreme, municipal, local or otherwise, and to acquire any such shares, stocks, debentures, debentures stock, bonds, obligations or securities by original subscription, tender purchase, transfer, charge or otherwise.

iii) To carry on the business of general importers, exporters, general merchants, manufactures, processors, distributors of and dealers in all kinds of local and foreign products and to treat, pack, render marketable, buy, sell and dispose of any such products either in their raw and manufactured state and generally to deal in all kinds of articles and to sell commodities and goods for personnel use, household and public consumption.
